My identical twin boys, Griffin and ~Tynan~ were born on Thursday 11/06/09. On the Tuesday 9/06 I had a scan - 34 weeks - in prep for them being induced the following week. At my ante-natal appointment, my Obs could only find one heartbeat when he used the fetal heart monitor so he sent me me to have an ultrasound. It was discovered around lunch time that my precious ~Ty~ had stopped living. After an emergency c-section, it was found that he had become tangled in his umbilical cord. The cord was wrapped around his little body 3 times and his neck once. Looking back I am sure that it happened Wednesday night, I was trying to eat dinner and the boys were all over the place kicking and pushing.
